Privacy policy

This policy explains how Solvaé Event Rentals (“Solvaé”, “we”) uses information you share with us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, event details, any items in your quote list, your message and any images you choose to attach.

Your quote list is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it stays available as you browse. It is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry or choose to share it on WhatsApp or by email.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange your event.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Enquiries submitted online are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or email, those services' own privacy policies also apply.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've shared by contacting [email protected] or calling +1 (784) 432-5716.
